Dave Frank, District Governor Nominee

Hello, I am Dave Frank, the DGN for 5470. I will be district Governor in 2028/29.

Let me tell you a little about myself.

I am a native of Montrose, a veteran of the USAF, a current city council member and two-time former Mayor.

I am a two-time former president of the Rotary Club of Montrose, as well as a three-year Area Governor. I am currently in the training cycle with Zone institute coming up in the beginning of September.

We are starting the planning for the 2027 PETS, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to interact with the President Elects and the PEN’s in fantastic training sessions and fellowship opportunities.

I am also the Rotary Action Plan champion for our district and will be sending an email to all Presidents and PE’s in the near future to encourage you all to implement the Action Plan in your clubs. I look forward to meeting so many great Rotarians in the next couple of years.
